Funcionários dos Correios do Ceará aderiram nesta segunda-feira (12) à greve que ocorre em todo o país. De acordo com o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Correios e Telégrafos e Similares do Estado do Ceará (SINTECT-CE) a paralisação deve seguir por tempo indeterminado.
Em nota, os Correios afirmam que a greve vai “agravar ainda mais a situação delicada pela qual passam os Correios e afeta não apenas a empresa, mas também os próprios empregados”.
De acordo com o coordenador do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Correios, Telégrafos e Similares do Estado do Ceará (SINTECT-CE), Luís Francisco Moreira Santiago, somente no final desta terça deve ser divulgado um balanço da quantidade de agências fechadas.
Alguns funcionários realizaram um ato nesta segunda-feira na sede Central dos Coreios no Centro da capital cearense. O coordenador afirmou que os serviços como atendimento, tratamento e distribuição estão parados.
Reivindicações
Entre as razões para a greve estão plano de carreira e retirada de benefícios. Veja abaixo:
- alterações no Plano de Cargos, Carreiras e Salários
- cobrança de mensalidades e retirada de dependentes do plano de saúde
- suspensão de férias a partir de abril para carteiros, atendentes e operadores de cargas
- redução da carga horária e do salário de funcionários da área administrativa
- extinção do cargo de operador de triagem e transbordo (responsável pelo processo de tratamento e encaminhamento de cartas e encomendas)
- fechamento de mais de 2.500 agências próprias por todo o Brasil
- não realização de concurso público desde 2011 e planos de demissão voluntária, que reduziram o número de funcionários
