Nesta terça-feira, dia 10 de abril, entra nos cofres municipais os recursos do primeiro Fundo de Participação dos Municípios (FPM) deste mês. A Confederação Nacional de Municípios (CNM) prevê a partilha de R$ 2,9 bilhões entre as prefeituras, considerando o porcentual descontado que vai para o Fundo Nacional de Desenvolvimento da Educação (Fundeb). Sem essa retenção constitucional, em valores brutos, a CNM calcula repasse de pouco mais de R$ 3,6 bilhões.
Com base nos dados da Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional (STN), a Confederação indica crescimento de 8,81%, em relação ao repasse feito no mesmo período do ano passado, em termos nominais, sem considerar os efeitos da inflação. Em 2017, o primeiro decêndio de abril somou pouco mais de R$ 3,3 bilhões. Ao contabilizar a inflação, na primeira transferência de abril, dos dois anos, a crescimento foi de 6,21%.
De janeiro até agora, o Fundo registou crescimento de 10,11%, em termos nominais, comparado ao mesmo período do ano anterior. Nos quatro primeiros meses de 2018, o FMP foi maior que 2017, e o crescimento menos expressivo foi o de janeiro, 6,05%. Ao considerar o comportamento da inflação na soma total, a Confederação aponta aumento de 7,17%.
