Cidades do interior cearense entram em estado de alerta devido à baixa umidade do ar no início do julho, com previsão de tempo seco, céu predominantemente entre nublado e claro pelo menos até a próxima quinta-feira (5), segundo a Fundação Cearense de Meteorologia e Recursos Hídricos (Funceme).
Para a Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), o ideal é que o índice de umidade fique em torno de 60%. Considerando o período de 24 horas entre esta segunda e terça-feira (2 e 3), observam-se valores em torno dos 30%, considerado nível de “atenção”. Itapipoca, Sobral, Jaguaruana, Barbalha e Morada Nova registraram umidade relativa do ar mínima de 33% a 35%. As menores taxas ocorreram em Jaguaribe e Crateús, ambas com 28%.
No sábado (30), os municípios de Crateús, Juazeiro do Norte e Jaguaribe apresentaram taxas classificadas pela OMS como atenção e alerta, já que atingiram 21%, 23% e 19%. No domingo (1º), foi registrado um leve aumento das taxas nestes municípios. Segundo o Núcleo de Meteorologia da Funceme, os índices mais baixos costumam ocorrer entre o período das 12h às 15h.
Chuvas e temperatura
Até quinta-feira (5) não há condições de chuvas, ainda conforme a Funceme. A baixa pluviometria contribui para o ressecamento da atmosfera e traz riscos para a saúde humana. Para o fim de semana, há uma tendência de precipitações, associada aos Distúrbios Ondulatórios de Leste, fenômenos típicos desta época e formados na faixa tropical do globo terrestre, na área de influência dos ventos alísios, e se deslocam desde a costa da África até o litoral leste do Brasil.
Prevenção
Para evitar os danos à saúde, é recomendado proteger a cabeça contra o sol e usar chapéu, roupas leves, calçados confortáveis constituem algumas recomendações importantes. Os médicos também pedem moderação com os exercícios físicos, principalmente nas horas de sol mais forte, pois a seca reduz a capacidade do corpo para a prática de atividades.
Os portadores de doenças respiratórias precisam privilegiar ambientes arejados e devem tomar sol nos horários em que os raios estejam mais fracos – antes das 10h e depois das 16h.
