Nesta terça-feira, 10 de julho, será creditado nas contas das prefeituras brasileiras o repasse do Fundo de Participação dos Municípios (FPM) referente ao 1º decêndio do mês. O valor é de R$ 1,9 bilhões, já descontada a retenção do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (Fundeb). Em valores brutos, incluindo o Fundeb, o montante é de R$ 2,38 bilhões.
De acordo com os dados da Secretária do Tesouro Nacional (STN), o 1º decêndio de julho de 2018, comparado com o mesmo decêndio de 2017, apresentou uma pequena queda de 0,59% em termos nominais, ou seja, comparando os valores sem considerar os efeitos da inflação.
Quando o valor do repasse é deflacionado e comparado ao mesmo período de 2017, a queda é mais expressiva, alcançando 4,55%, levando-se em conta a inflação do período. Esse valor é explicado pelo acumulado da inflação nos últimos 12 meses, divulgado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (IBGE), que está em 4,39%.
Com relação ao acumulado do ano, verifica-se que o valor total do FPM vem apresentando um crescimento positivo.
