O Pleno do Tribunal de Justiça do Ceará (TJCE) elegerá, no dia 27 de setembro deste ano, os novos gestores do Poder Judiciário para o biênio 2019/2020. A sessão, em que os desembargadores votarão para escolher os novos presidente, vice-presidente e corregedor-geral, está marcada para as 13h30, no Palácio da Justiça, bairro Cambeba.
Conforme o Edital nº 150/2018, disponibilizado nessa segunda-feira (27/08), os desembargadores interessados em concorrer têm dez dias, a partir da publicação, para a manifestação. Os requerimentos de candidatura devem ser direcionados à Presidência do TJCE, especificando o cargo que pretendem.
Atualmente, a administração do TJCE é composta pelos desembargadores: Gladyson Pontes (presidente), Washington Luis (vice) e Darival Beserra (corregedor). O mandato deles se encerra em 31 de janeiro de 2019. Cada gestão no Judiciário cearense tem período de dois anos, não sendo permitida a recondução dos gestores aos mesmos cargos.
