Noventa e quatro candidatos às eleições 2018 no Ceará tiveram as candidaturas indeferidas pelo Tribunal Regional Eleitoral do Ceará (TRE-CE). O prazo estipulado para a conclusão dos julgamentos da regularidade das propostas era até esta segunda-feira (17). No total, o TRE-CE analisou 99% dos 910 pedidos de registros de candidatura, restando 13 pedidos pendentes para esta terça-feira (18).
Entre os indeferidos estão um candidato a governador, dois a senador, cinco a suplentes de senador, 25 de deputado federal e 61 de deputado estadual. Neste último dia também foram apresentadas pelos partidos quatro substituições de candidatos, que terão os registros julgados também nesta terça.
Três DRAPs (Demonstrativo de Regularidade de Atos Partidários) foram indeferidos (PCO, PTC e PCB). Além disso, os juízes homologaram 20 renúncias de postulantes que desistiram do pleito.
Os processos de registro foram julgados monocraticamente, em sua maioria. s relatores submetiam ao Plenário impugnações, indeferimentos (a critério de cada magistrado) e recursos. Dos processos restantes, há 11 casos que ainda cumprem prazos legais para irem a julgamento
