Com a leitura do expediente na abertura da sessão plenária desta terça-feira (16/10), iniciou tramitação na Assembleia Legislativa o Projeto de Lei Orçamentária Anual para 2019. A proposta do Poder Executivo estima a receita e determina as despesas do Estado para o ano seguinte.
Previsto no projeto de lei nº 72/18, o orçamento prevê recursos da ordem de R$ 28,3 bilhões, superando em cerca de R$ 2 bilhões o do ano passado. Em 2018, o valor foi de R$ 26,4 bilhões. O documento é elaborado a partir das diretrizes aprovadas no início do semestre.
Após leitura no Plenário, a matéria segue para a análise da Comissão de Orçamento, Finanças e Tributação. Na comissão, conforme o Regimento Interno da Casa, o presidente do colegiado, deputado Joaquim Noronha (PRP), vai designar a relatoria e sub-relatoria e estabelecer prazo para a apresentação de emendas. Encerrado o prazo para emendas, a matéria terá o parecer da relatoria e será apreciada pelo pleno da comissão. Em seguida, será encaminhada para votação no Plenário.
A Lei Orçamentária Anual (LOA) deve ser aprovada até o final da sessão legislativa do exercício de 2018, prevista para o dia 22 de dezembro.
