407 celulares e centenas de TVs foram retirados de presídios do Ceará desde a semana passada

Nota da Secretaria da Administração Penitenciária (Seap) divulgada na tarde deste domingo, 6, afirma que 407 aparelhos de celular foram retirados de unidades penitenciárias de todo o Estado desde a semana passada, além de centenas de televisores.

O texto reforça, ainda, que nenhuma unidade teve incidentes registrados neste fim de semana. Na última quinta-feira, 3, houve princípio de rebelião da Casa de Privação Provisória de Liberdade Professor José Jucá Neto, a CPPL III, em Itaitinga.

Neste sábado, 5, em áudio divulgado nas redes sociais, o titular da pasta, Luís Mauro Albuquerque, ordenava “pente fino” nas unidades. “Peço aos diretores de cada unidade penitenciária para colocar seus agentes para retirar qualquer apologia às facções criminosas de dentro dos presídios. Faremos uma higienização e combateremos a cada um deles”, afirmou.

A Seap ainda citou na nota que a Unidade Prisional Agente Luciano Andrade Lima – a CPPL I – e a CPPL III tiveram as visitas de familiares suspensas neste fim de semana “em virtude de indisciplina” dos presos. Segundo a pasta, “como determina a Lei de Execução Penal, o direito de visita pode ser suspenso sempre que a direção administrativa julgue necessário, seja para disciplinar o ambiente ou como medida de segurança”.
