As idades foram anunciadas pelo presidente no início de janeiro, mas o Palácio do Planalto negou, a pedido da equipe econômica — os técnicos disseram que seria apenas uma das possibilidades em estudo. Em reuniões com prefeitos, o ministro da Economia, Paulo Guedes, também teria dito que homens se aposentariam com 62 anos, enquanto mulheres, aos 57. Mas ele tem a intenção de elevar a idade para 65 anos nos dois gêneros.
Na prática, as idades mínimas passarão a valer em 2022, ou seja, no último ano de mandato do presidente. A equipe econômica quer, porém, que haja uma ampliação dos números nos próximos anos. A regra de transição deve ser de algo entre 10 e 15 anos, sendo que, ao fim desse período, tanto homens quanto mulheres poderão se aposentar com 65 anos.
Regra de transição
Na regra de transição elaborada pela equipe econômica, será usado o cálculo da soma da idade e do tempo de contribuição. Em 2022, a soma exigida subiria dos atuais 86 pontos (mulheres) e 96 pontos (homens) para 87 e 97, respectivamente. Essa conta considera tempo de contribuição de 30 anos para mulheres e 35 anos para homens. Hoje, a soma da idade com o tempo de contribuição é usada como critério para direito à aposentadoria integral (respeitado o teto do INSS, e R$ 5.839,45). No futuro, porém, a regra seria usada para garantir o direito à aposentadoria.
