O leilão da concessão de três blocos de aeroportos está marcado para a próxima sexta-feira (15), às 10h, na B3, a Bolsa de Valores de São Paulo. Localizados nas regiões Nordeste, Sudeste e Centro-Oeste, os 12 aeroportos, juntos, recebem 19,6 milhões de passageiros por ano, o que equivale a 9,5% do mercado nacional de aviação. O investimento previsto para os três blocos é de R$ 3,5 bilhões.
Na terça-feira (12), as empresas e consórcios devem apresentar as propostas em duas vias em envelopes lacrados, os quais deverão conter as propostas, as garantias e os documentos.
Em novembro, conforme o anúncio feito pelo Programa de Parcerias de Investimentos (PPI), o valor mínimo de outorga, para arrematar os 12 terminais, será de R$ 219 milhões, à vista.
Ao longo da concessão o valor total da outorga é de R$ 2,1 bilhões. O prazo de concessão será de 30 anos.
De acordo com a Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (Anac), os 12 aeroportos que devem ser leiloados são os de Cuiabá, Rondonópolis, Sinop e Alta Floresta, em Mato Grosso; de João Pessoa, do Recife, de Maceió, Aracaju, Juazeiro do Norte, no Ceará, e de Campina Grande, da Paraíba; de Macaé, no Rio de Janeiro, e de Vitória, no Espírito Santo.
Em janeiro, o diretor do Departamento de Políticas Regulatórias da Secretaria Nacional de Aviação Civil (SAC), Ronei Saggioro Glanzmann, disse que a previsão é concluir todo o processo de concessão dos aeroportos em quatro anos.
