O governador Camilo Santana se reuniu na quarta-feira (13), em Brasília, com o ministro da Economia, Paulo Guedes. Durante o encontro, que durou cerca de uma hora e contou com a presença do secretário do Tesouro Nacional, Mansueto Almeida, Camilo apresentou os indicadores do Ceará e tratou sobre novos financiamentos para o Estado. Em seguida, participou de reunião com o ministro Gustavo Canuto.
“Apresentei a situação fiscal do Ceará e tratamos sobre novos financiamentos, que serão importantes para que o Estado mantenha o nível de investimentos em 2019. No ano passado o Ceará seguiu na liderança em investimentos públicos no Brasil. Dessa forma, temos garantido que o Estado possa ter uma estrutura melhor, ser mais eficiente e trazer mais resultados para a população”, citou o governador, que estava acompanhado da secretária da Fazenda, Fernanda Pacobahyba, e do deputado federal Mauro Filho.
Também nesta quarta-feira, o governador se reuniu com o ministro do Desenvolvimento Regional, Gustavo Canuto, para tratar de recursos para as obras do Cinturão das Águas e do Lago de Fonteiras (Crateús), além de projetos de saneamento. Na ocasião, o ministro reafirmou que as águas do São Francisco serão bombeadas para o Ceará no mês de maio.
“Temos parcerias importantes com o ministério para ações de infraestrutura hídrica, além de outras obras que eram de competência do Ministério das Cidades, como as unidades habitacionais do Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida”, disse o governador Camilo Santana.
