Você conhece a CNH do Agricultor Familiar? Saiba o que é e como solicitar

Carteira Nacional de Habilitação (CNH) do Agricultor Familiar é um benefício, oferecido pelo Governo do Ceará, que contempla todos aqueles considerados agricultores familiares nos termos definidos pela Lei Federal nº 11.326 e que estejam devidamente identificados pela Declaração de Aptidão ao Programa Nacional de Fortalecimento da Agricultura Familiar (Pronaf) – DAP. Os candidatos que se encaixem nestes pré-requisitos no Ceará, tem direito à isenção de taxas de prestação dos serviços públicos para expedição da 1ª carteira ou para efetuar a renovação do documento.

Para solicitar a isenção, os interessados devem efetuar a pré-inscrição no site do Departamento Estadual de Trânsito do Ceará, através da Central de Serviços, na aba Habilitação (na parte superior da tela) e no link Carteira de Motorista para Agricultor Familiar (no menu à esquerda da tela). O primeiro cadastro é feito informando o CPF e preenchendo um formulário específico com dados pessoais, como a identificação de agricultor familiar cadastrado no Pronaf.

Depois, é necessário anexar alguns documentos digitalizados: documento de identificação com foto (RG ou CNH), CPF, Comprovante de endereço (atualizado dos últimos 3 meses), extrato e certidão da Declaração de Aptidão ao Pronaf (DAP). Caso seja anexada a CNH como documento de identificação com foto, não é preciso anexar o CPF.

Em seguida, o sistema emitirá um comprovante de inscrição. Uma vez recebido eletronicamente o requerimento, o Detran dará início à análise, contando com um prazo de até 30 dias para conferência e validação da isenção.

O beneficiário pode acompanhar o resultado do pedido com o número de inscrição, também no site do Detran, Caso seja concedido, o agricultor familiar tem um prazo de até 180 dias para procurar um posto regional do Detran e dar continuidade ao procedimento de primeira habilitação ou renovação. Se o pedido não for aceito, o interessado pode recorrer à Diretoria de Habilitação do Detran no prazo de até 15 dias, contatos do fim do prazo de conferências e validação do requerimento de isenção.
