O vereador Francisco Bosco dos Santos (PCdoB) que está no seu segundo mandato, anunciou nesta sexta-feira 22, durante pronunciamento na sessão da Câmara Municipal, que está deixando a base de apoio ao prefeito Giovane Guedes (PSD), com isso já é o segundo vereador a deixar base de apoio ao prefeito na atual gestão.
Anteriormente, o vereador José Paulino (MDB) já havia deixado a base e hoje se mantém como vereador independente. Em seu pronunciamento , o vereador informou que deixa a base por falta de compromisso do prefeito.
Com a saída do vereador Bosco, que não confirmou se integrará o grupo de oposição, a base ficou com 5 vereadores, a oposição mantém 4 vereadores, e ainda tem 1 vereador que considera-se independente, totalizando os 11 representantes do Poder Legislativo de Araripe.
