O pagamento da folha de março dos cerca de 60 mil servidores ativos e 80 mil inativos (incluindo pensionistas) será liberado na próxima sexta-feira (30) e já vai contar com o reajuste de 3%, aprovado pela Assembleia Legislativa do Ceará no início deste mês. O anúncio foi feito pelo governador Camilo Santana em bate-papo ao vivo com a população via Facebook, nesta terça-feira (27). O aumento, somado a benefícios, promoções, contratações e outros reajustes, vai representar um acréscimo de R$ 717 milhões na folha de pagamento do Estado, em relação ao ano passado.
Durante a transmissão, o governador também assinou mensagem que autoriza o pagamento da promoção por titulação de 1.731 professores da rede estadual de educação, o que representa mais de R$ 2,1 milhões por mês na folha. O documento seguirá para aprovação na AL-CE.
De acordo com o governador Camilo Santana, os investimentos representam “um compromisso do Governo do Ceará nos quatro anos (de gestão), pela importância de priorizar a educação pública”. Em relação ao reajuste de todos os servidores, o chefe do Executivo disse, também, que os pagamentos retroativos dos meses de janeiro e fevereiro serão “depositados em uma folha suplementar no próximo dia 5 de abril”.
Ainda no campo da Educação, Camilo Santana destacou o lançamento, na manhã desta terça-feira, de edital para alunos que desejam ser monitores dos laboratórios educacionais de informática. “Serão selecionados mais de dois mil monitores, que receberão bolsa mensal de R$ 200. O investimento é de R$ 2 milhões por ano”, afirmou.
O governador também antecipou que estão sendo elaborados dois novos concursos: um direcionado para os professores da rede estadual e outro para a Polícia Civil. Somente nos três primeiros meses de 2018, Camilo Santana já anunciou outros três concursos públicos: Secult, Funceme e Ematerce.
Operação Semana Santa
No bate-papo com a população, o governador enfatizou que, em reunião com comandantes de áreas da segurança na manhã desta terça-feira, estratégias foram montadas para reforçar o policiamento durante o feriado da Semana Santa. Ao todo, 1.680 profissionais da segurança atuarão, todos os dias, das 18h de quinta-feira (29) até as 6h de segunda-feira (2) em todo o Estado.

Camilo Santana destacou, também, que os 660 aprovados da segunda turma do concurso da Polícia Civil estão em formação e devem atuar até o próximo mês de maio. Já os cerca de 1.400 alunos da terceira turma da Polícia Militar devem ir às ruas até o mês de junho. As duas primeiras turmas da PM – cerca de 2.800 policiais – já se somaram ao efetivo de segurança estadual. “Estamos com todo o esforço para reforçar a segurança do Ceará”, disse.

Questionado sobre o início da formação dos alunos do concurso para agente penitenciário, o governador Camilo Santana afirmou que está marcado para o próximo dia 18 de abril, na Faculdade Metropolitana da Grande Fortaleza (Fametro). “Todos os 1.700 candidatos aprovados na fase de avaliação psicológica farão o curso”, assegurou.
