O governador Camilo Santana inaugurou ontem à noite o quarto Centro Cearense de Idiomas, no município de Juazeiro do Norte, na Região do Cariri.
O equipamento tem capacidade para atender até 1.750 alunos, que poderão aperfeiçoar os conhecimentos nas línguas inglesa ou espanhola. O CCI é destinado aos estudantes da rede pública estadual naquele município.
Outros quatro CCI’s funcionam em Fortaleza, Itapipoca, Crateús e Caucaia.
Com um investimento de R$ 5 milhões, o Governo do Ceará, por meio da Secretaria da Educação (Seduc), vai implantar, neste ano, 11 Centros Cearenses de Idiomas, sendo cinco no Interior e o restante das unidades em Fortaleza. O próximo a ser inaugurado é o do município de Iguatu.
A iniciativa possibilitará a aprendizagem de novos idiomas, além de preparar para o mundo acadêmico e do trabalho, destacou o governador Camilo Santana.
