Termina nesta quinta-feira (27), dez dias antes do primeiro turno do pleito, o prazo para o eleitor solicitar a segunda via do título no cartório eleitoral da zona onde está cadastrado. A previsão consta no artigo 52 do Código Eleitoral.
É importante ressaltar que, para a emissão da segunda via do título, o eleitor deve estar quite com a Justiça Eleitoral, ou seja, não poderá ter débitos pendentes, como multas por ausência às urnas ou aos trabalhos eleitorais, como o de mesário, ou ainda ter recebido multas em razão de violação de dispositivos do Código Eleitoral (Lei 4.737/1965), da Lei das Eleições (Lei 9.504/1997) e leis conexas.
Multas devem ser pagas por meio de Guia de Recolhimento da União (GRU) emitida pelo cartório eleitoral e podem variar de R$ 1,05 a R$ 35,14.
