O primeiro decêndio do Fundo de Participação dos Municípios (FPM) do mês de fevereiro será no valor de R$ 5,97 bilhões. O montante, que deve ser pago aos Municípios nesta sexta-feira, 08 de fevereiro, leva em consideração a retenção do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (Fundeb). Em valores brutos, quando somado o Fundeb, o valor é de R$ 7,47 bilhões.
Segundo as informações da Secretaria do Tesouro Nacional (STN), o 1º decêndio de fevereiro de 2019, comparado com o mesmo decêndio do ano anterior, apresentou uma queda de 2,37%. Quando leva em conta a inflação do período, comparado ao mesmo período do ano anterior, a queda é de 5,32%.
Com relação ao acumulado do ano, verifica-se que o valor total do FPM vem apresentando um crescimento positivo. O total repassado aos Municípios no período de janeiro até o 1º decêndio de fevereiro de 2019, apresenta crescimento de 9,81% em termos nominais (sem considerar os efeitos da inflação) em relação ao mesmo período de 2018.
