Nesta sexta-feira (3), o Governo do Ceará vai oficializar o Programa Ceará Atleta como política pública no Estado. O governador Camilo Santana vai sancionar a lei a partir das 9h na sede da Secretaria do Esporte e Juventude (Sejuv), em Fortaleza. O programa vai garantir a oferta de 4 mil bolsas, em 2019, aos talentos esportivos do Ceará. A lei prevê três tipos de auxílios financeiros: o bolsa esporte (para pessoas com deficiência em situação de vulnerabilidade social), o bolsa atleta (para atletas e paratletas que já apresentam performance em sua modalidade) e o bolsa monitoramento (para estudantes de graduação de Educação Física e Gestão do Desporto e Lazer).
