Tribunal no Ceará está sendo alvo de “tentativas de desmontes” comandada pelos Ferreira Gomes
A Comissão de Constituição e Justiça (CCJ) da Câmara Federal aprovou, na tarde desta terça-feira (11), a Proposta de Emenda Constitucional (PEC) do deputado Moses Rodrigues (PMDB) que torna os Tribunais de Contas órgãos permanentes e essenciais ao controle externo da administração pública.
Segundo o texto, a PEC deve fortalecer o regime jurídico dos Tribunais de Contas dos Municípios, além de evitar arbítrios cotidianos, assegurando o desenvolvimento dos trabalhos em andamento. A proposta foi protocolada no dia 2 de fevereiro passado, juntamente com a PEC do mesmo teor do presidente do Senado, Eunício Oliveira (PMDB), que já foi aprovada em primeira votação no Senado Federal.
“O TCM-CE, por exemplo, responsável por impedir a candidatura de mais de 4.300 gestores e ex-gestores que tiveram contas reprovadas, vem sendo alvo de tentativas de ‘desmontes’. A PEC tem como objetivo afastar essa tensão institucional observada nos Estados”, afirmou Moses Rodrigues. Para ser aprovada no Plenário, a proposta precisará de 308 votos dos 513 deputados federais
