Procon Fortaleza registrou irregularidades em cinco sites de comércio eletrônico durante a Black Friday, ocorrida na sexta-feira (24). Segundo o órgão, nestes sites foram constatadas fraudes como publicidades abusivas ou enganosas, preços divergentes e não cumprimento de ofertas anunciadas.
O Procon recebeu oito denúncias de irregularidades em lojas físicas. As denúncias serão analisadas e podem gerar autuações dos comércios.
Segundo o Procon Fortaleza, houve um aumento no número de denúncias de lojas físicas com relação ao ano passado, quando foram recebidas somente duas denúncias. Já as autuações de sites apresentaram redução se comparado com o ano de 2016, quando o órgão autuou seis estabelecimentos eletrônicos.
Os sites identificados são de empresas de abrangência nacional que comercializam móveis, eletrodomésticos, eletrônicos e roupas.
A diretora do Procon, Cláudia Santos, informou que o órgão segue recebendo denúncias dos consumidores. Desta forma, o número de autuações pode aumentar após análise das denúncias.
Ela aponta ainda que os consumidores podem exercer o direito de arrependimento, quando for algum tipo de irregularidade em até sete dias após o recebimento do produto.
