Mandato de Moésio e Dr. Valdir tem aval do TSE
Em decisão monocrática, o ministro do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), Napoleão Nunes Maia Filho reconheceu a legitimidade do mandato (2017-2020) do prefeito Moésio Loiola e do vice Dr. Valdir Lima Júnior, no município de Campos Sales, no Cariri Oeste.
No último dia 1º de fevereiro, o ministro Napoleão Nunes Maia Filho julgou improcedente e negou seguimento do recurso da coligação “Futuro nas mãos do Povo”, derrotada nas Eleições de 2016, e que acusava a chapa vencedora (Moésio Loiola/Dr. Valdir) de abuso de poder econômico e político no pleito passado. A decisão foi publicada no Diário da Justiça Eletrônica do TSE nesta terça-feira (6/2).
