Depois de garantir, em 2015, o piso salarial dos agentes comunitários do Ceará, o governador Camilo Santana sanciona logo mais, em solenidade no Palácio da Abolição às 9 horas, a lei que institui o adicional de insalubridade para a categoria.
A proposta, de iniciativa do Executivo, foi aprovada por unanimidade pela Assembleia Legislativa em 20 de fevereiro e assegura o benefício de 20% sobre os vencimentos em decorrência do efetivo exercício das funções de agente de saúde.
Ao todo, 7.209 agentes serão beneficiados com a nova lei, que terá uma repercussão financeira de R$ 1,48 milhão por mês na folha estadual.
O governador Camilo Santana falou da importância da lei para a valorização da categoria.
