O conselheiro Edilberto Pontes, presidente do Tribunal de Contas do Estado (TCE), marcou para amanhã, terça-feira (12), no fim da manhã, a posse do novo conselheiro daquela Corte de Contas, Ernesto Saboia de Figueiredo Junior, um dos conselheiros do extinto Tribunal de Contas dos Municípios, atualmente estando em disponibilidade, como os demais integrantes do Tribunal que a Assembleia Legislativa cearense extinguiu.
Ernesto Saboia teve o seu nome aprovado pela Assembleia Legislativa, no mês passado. Ele foi indicado não por estar em disponibilidade, mas por indicação da Assembleia a quem caberia indicar a vaga aberta com a aposentadoria do conselheiro Teodorico Menezes, no início deste ano.
As sete vagas de conselheiros do Tribunal de Contas do Estado são preenchidos, segundo a Constituição estadual, quatro por indicações da Assembleia, podendo ser qualquer cidadão ou cidadã que preencham os requisitos constitucionais. As outras três vagas são de indicação do governador do Estado, sendo que duas delas terão de ser, obrigatoriamente, de servidores do próprio Tribunal, nos cargos de Auditor e Procurador de Contas. As nomeações são alternadas: uma vez é um Auditor, outra vez é um Procurador. A terceira vaga do governador é de sua livre escolha.
Na edição do Diário Oficial do Estado do dia 23 de novembro, a Assembleia fez ao governador, a indicação do nome de Ernesto.

Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
