Foi dele o discurso mais incisivo desta manhã. “Eu participei da eleição para a presidência desta Casa e se a Justiça quiser que eu comprove eu provo o que digo. Quem mais articulou a eleição do deputado Sérgio Aguiar para a presidência da Assembleia foi o conselheiro Domingos Filho. Conto os inúmeros encontros que eu tive com ele, as ligações. Conto com detalhes”, afirmou.
Osmar negou que os processos sejam extintos junto com o TCM. “Faremos a fusão para tornar um órgão mais enxuto e ao mesmo tempo, acabar com o maior partido do Estado do Ceará que a sede onde se encontra o TCM”.
