Na manhã desta terça-feira (26) em Fortaleza, foram escolhidos os 35 melhores prefeitos do Estado do Ceará. A promoção que tem à frente o publicitário Roberto Farias, da PPE – Publicidade, Promoções e Eventos, chega à sua 30ª edição, com bastante credibilidade em todo o estado.
A apuração dos votos foi realizada na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Ceará, sendo presidida pelo radialista Antônio Viana, pelo publicitário Roberto Farias e o Reitor da Faculdade da Grande Fortaleza, Irapuan Aguiar.
A seleção foi feita através da Internet, a qual registrou mais de 70 mil votantes, e por uma comissão julgadora de alto nível. Também participaram do processo de escolha, através do voto secreto, diversos profissionais na área de comunicação – radialistas e jornalistas.
Os 35 prefeitos escolhidos foram avaliados através dos critérios de probidade administrativa, projetos viabilizados, indicadores sociais, obras realizadas, prestação de contas apresentadas, convênios de cooperação técnica, divulgação, tratamento ao funcionalismo, cumprimento de promessas, capacidade de captação de recursos, reconhecimento popular, entre outros.
A festa de entrega dos diplomas acontece no dia 30 de outubro, no La Maison Dunas. A solenidade será realizada a partir das 20 horas. A cerimônia reunirá autoridades, familiares e amigos dos homenageados.

Fortaleza, Camocim, Solonopole, Mombaça, Caucaia, Russas, Crato, Parambu, Campos Sales, Canindé, Eusébio, Horizonte, Juazeiro do Norte, Orós, Sobral, Umirim, Icó, Itatira, Maracanaú, Redenção, São Benedito, Cedro, Granja, Novo Oriente, Pacujá, Várzea Alegre, São Gonçalo do Amarante, Cariré, Frecheirinha, Acopiara, Pacatuba, Piquet Carneiro, Quixeramobim, Acaraú e Aquiraz.
Moésio Loiola de Melo, deputado estadual desde 1988 pelo Estado do Ceará, assumiu importantes funções na Assembléia Legislativa e em 2012 assumiu a Prefeitura Municipal de Campos Sales, passou quatro anos trabalhando com e para o povo e em 2016 foi reeleito com aproximadamente 95% dos votos validos. Vem trabalhando e mostrado serviço, desenvolvendo uma política simples e eficaz. Mais uma vez será reconhecido pelo seu brilhante trabalho. Hoje é conhecido como o prefeito das águas.
Pois enfrentou umas das maiores crises hídricas em seus governos, mais não esqueceu do povo e nem esquece.
